Matchmaker Marty Goldstein announces that due to the events of last week he had contacted
all parties involved and told Chris Lyon, Bobby Duncum, Butch Reed, and Jim Brunzell that they were not to come to the show
tonight. A period of cooling off is required. They will return next week. The fans boo this announcement as it means that
4 of RCW’s biggest stars will not be appearing tonight. Goldstein reminds the fans that tonight’s main event will
be a rare 6 man tag bout and will feature their Stampede stars against the Quebecois. Other high notes tonight will include
the premiere of a new tag team, Quickdraw Rick McGraw & Billy Joe Travis, as well as Judy Martin defending her Canadian
women’s title against Natasha, and just announced Dynamite Kid is signed to face Angelo Mosca.

The England Sisters defeated Delta Dawn & Black Rose by pinfall when Tawney pinned Rose after a DDT at 6:02
-a
good competitive match with the England Sisters defeating a pair of women from Tomko’s BC promotion.
Interview;
Bad News Allen is interviewed by Mike Stone who tries to berate Allen for his turning on
his friends Lyon and Duncum last week. First off Allen says they were not his friends. They used him and then after they were
done they cut the ties saying it was his fault they lost. He said he had no love for the Triumvirate. However, he was happy
to let it lie, but what they tried to do to Butch Reed went way beyond what was acceptable to him. There comes a time Allen
says when its not about right and wrong, its about who you are, where you came from, and where you want to make your stand.
He says he is willing to stand beside Butch Reed and rid the RCW of the racist pigs that Chris Lyon and Bobby Duncum have
proven to be.
“Magnificent” Kevin Kelly and Desiree Petersen come out and interrupt the interview.
Kelly calls Allen a pathetic wannabe. He says just because you have failed in everything you’ve tried to do in RCW,
you now want to ride on the coattails of a champion, Butch Reed. You can dress it up to be something more high and mighty
but the bottom line is you are a loser, trying to associate yourself with winners. When the Triumvirate saw through that,
you turned instead to playing the race card.
Allen has had listened to as much as he can take, and he snaps, and goes right
after Kelly. The two exchange punches. Mike Stone tries to get between them, an uncharacteristically brave move for the cowardly
announcer. But he seems to be more interested in tying up Allen which allows Kelly the advantage in the exchange of punches.
Kelly begins a solid beatdown on Allen which ends when RCW officials swarm the ring.

Robbie Royce
& Brad Rheinghans defeated Neil Sutherland & Rob Flett by pinfall when Royce pinned Sutherland after a missile dropkick
at 7:41
-Sutherland and Flett had called out Royce for the match trying to exact some revenge. Royce found himself
a good partner in Rheinghans and the two made an effective team.
Interview:
Royce
and Rheinghans remained in the ring for a post-match interview. Rheinghans though begged off, saying it was Royce’s
time for the spotlight. Royce gave the usual platitudes of thanking the fans for their support, happy things are going so
well, taking things one match at a time, yada, yada, yada.

Pre-Match
Bad News Allen comes to the ring. Randy Webber was already in the ring, but Allen sent him packing.
Bad News challenged Kelly to come to the ring now for a fight. At first Kelly didn’t appear but when Allen kept up the
rant and began to insult his valet Desiree Petersen then suddenly the two of them came down to the ring. It was obvious that
Petersen thought this was a better idea then did Kelly.
Bad News Allen defeated Kevin Kelly by pinfall after an
enzuigiri at 10:12
-hard fought and even match, lots of brawling in and out of the ring. Petersen interjected herself
on a couple of occasions to help out Kelly. In the end though Kelly wanted to leave, to lose by countout, but Petersen stopped
him and the two were having an argument outside the ring. Allen used the distraction to leap off the ring apron and clothesline
Kelly. He rolled him back in the ring, hit a German suplex, then the enzuigiri to get the win.

Bout #5
Angelo Mosca v Dynamite Kid (/w Billy Robinson)
DK controls much of the
action early as he attacks the legs of Mosca and attempts to immobilize the lumbering star. However, Mosca makes a comeback
largely using brawling tactics. He drives his knee into DK’s midsection several times in the corner while referee Buddy
Lane applies the 5 count. He then punches DK on the break. The fans don’t care though as they see it being a case of
getting what’s coming to you, and they cheer Mosca on. Angelo works a front facelock and Robinson is shouting at the
ref that it’s a chokehold, although its obvious it isn’t. Robinson is on the apron protesting and that causes
Lane to apply a 5 count to the manager to get off the apron. Mosca bodyslams DK and then rakes his head with his boot, causing
more protests from Robinson. Mosca sends DK to the buckle, but the Brit bounces off with a knifehand chop and then a kick
right to the knee cap that buckles Mosca. The Brit works over the Candian but makes the mistake of going to the top turnbuckle
too early. Mosca catches him and is going to toss him off the top, but Robinson is on the apron again protesting this as an
unclean break. Lane orders Robinson down, but Mosca is distracted long enough for DK to leap over Mosca into the ring. The
two continue their brawl, exchanging closed fists which favors King Kong. Mosca nails a side slam and gets a 2 count. He tosses
DK into the buckle, then the next buckle, then the next, and finally the fourth. This time he follows DK in and nails him
with a knee to the gut. He then lines him up and delivers two punches to the head with closed fists. Robinson can’t
take this “cheating” any longer and he rolls into the ring, spins Buddy Lane around and begins to protest the
tactics of Mosca. Lane calls for the bell.
Angelo Mosca defeated Dynamite Kid by disqualification for outside interference
at 10:21
[approximately 7 minutes shown on television]
Post-Match:
Mosca goes face to face with Robinson.
They are jawing at each other which allows Dynamite Kid to nail Mosca from behind. Both Brits begin to lay in the boots to
Mosca and they keep this up for about 20 seconds until Mosca can’t even try to get up anymore.

Jim
Brunzell is shown on videotape from his home in Minnesota. He says he respects Goldstein’s decision to have a cooling
off period, and yes his ribs could use the rest. But he wants a rematch with Bobby Duncum as soon as possible, that would
be next week. The RCW title will be on the line and he says it’ll be a cold day in hell before Duncum is able to take
this title from him. Brunzell ends by saying that he just spoke to Butch Reed, and he wants a match next week too, against
Chris Lyon. Brunzell says that Reed requested it be a Texas Bull Rope match. Brunzell chuckles, and says that Reed had only
one other request. Brunzell says Reed requested that he try and leave a piece of Bobby Duncum intact so that after he has
beaten the living hell out of Lyon he can exact some revenge from the redneck too.
Bout #6
North-South
Connection: Rick McGraw & Billy Joe Travis
V
Leon Fortier & Pino Cirella (/w Miss Hartel)
McGraw and
Travis are young, fast, and scientific. Fortier holds his own but Cirella is a bit of a weak link. Its obvious that North-South
are the better team. After six frustrating minutes of watching her team get beat, Miss Hartel just throws up her arms in disgust,
grabs her purse, and leaves. This seems to take the air out of the sails of an already sinking ship.
McGraw & Travis defeated Fortier & Cirella by submission when Travis submitted Cirella to the figure-four
leglock at 8:13
Promo;
Chris Lyon and Bobby Duncum are together at Lyon’s Winnipeg home. They claim that
working through injuries is part of a champion’s duty and that Lyon did it for the 14 months he was RCW champion, the
longest reign in RCW history. But they claim Brunzell and Goldstein are just a couple of whiners, and that Brunzell and Reed
are being protected by the matchmaker. They say they can wait until next week, because they too will be rested and ready to
go. They promise that by the end of next week that the Triumvirate will hold both the RCW Heavyweight title and the RCW television
title.
Bout #7
Canadian Women’s Title Match
Judy Martin (champion) v Natasha
Martin
controlled the first few minutes of this match with an aggressive attack. She grounded and pounded her smaller opponent, not
letting her use her youth or speed. Martin tried for her piledriver finisher but Natasha was able to grab the middle strand
to get the break. The match spilled outside where Martin just continued to beat on the challenger. After suffering a couple
more successive near falls Natasha finally got into gear after countering a piledriver attempt with a back body drop. The
challenger got some room and came off the ropes with a flying forearm. She followed up with a pair of snap suplexes, and then
an elbowdrop from the 2nd turnbuckle. She rolled up the champ in an inside cradle but only got a 2 count. The two women began
to exchange punches which favored Martin, who then sent Natasha to the ropes. She tried to scoop up the challenger for a tilt-a-whirl
slam, but Natasha spun out of it landing beside the champ and then taking her over with a side suplex. However, referee Kenny
Jay wasn’t expecting this and was in a bad position, getting nailed by the feet of Martin. He was out cold. Natasha
bent over to check on Jay which allowed Martin to attack her from behind. She was laying in an unchecked beating on the challenger
when suddenly the England Sisters hit the ring. They began to attack both women. Corrie gave Natasha a hairplane spin,
while Tawney hurt Martin with a clothesline from the top turnbuckle. Then in a bizarre turn of events they rolled the knocked
out Natasha on top of Martin and made sure that Kenny Jay was revived enough to make the count.

Post-Match:
Ron
Strong tried to get an interview with either lady but none was willing. Natasha just said “I’m going to kill those
scrags”, and Judy Martin actually punched Strong in the gut in a very un-lady like action.

Universal studios has an unexpected hit on their hands with “Terror in the Aisles” which premiered last
week at #2 at the box office. Donald Pleasance and Nancy Allen share narration duties on this anthology that looks at all
of the gory sequences from major films, such as the shower scene from "Psycho" and the midnight swim from "Jaws".

Event
Six-Man Tag Match
Team Stampede: Keith Hart, Bret Hart, and Ben Bassarab
V
Les Quebecois: Richard
Charland, Rocky Della Serra, Bob Della Serra
The first few minutes of this match saw the fan favorites on top as none
of the three villains could get an upper hand on any of them. This ended though when Charland was able to lower the top rope
and send Bret Hart flying over the top to the floor below, undetected of course by George Gadasky. Bret proceeded to play
Ricky Morton for a few minutes before rolling over and making the tag to Bassarab. This brought in all 3 Quebecois which was
answered by all 3 Stampeders. The brawl was going on in and out of the ring. The Della Serras though proved to be the better
cheaters and managed to lay out Bassarab and then double teamed Bret Hart. Back inside the ring it was once again young Bret
in a world of trouble. They couldn’t put him away though so they tried a double team while Charland distracted the ref.
This brought the Stampeders in which caused Gadasky to get in the way of Bassarab. This made it 3-on-2 for Les Quebecois.
Charland took out the legs of Keith Hart and then gave him a kneebreaker before clotheslining him over the top rope. Bob Della
Serra climbed to the top turnbuckle while Rocky had Bret laying over his knee prepared to take an elbow or knee from the falling
Della Serra.
The fans went nuts though when Stu Hart hit the ring!
He laid in a punch to the gut of Bob, and
then a clothesline to Rocky. Stu then dragged Bret over to their corner. Gadasky turned to see Stu dragging Bret, but any
thoughts of a DQ that went through Gadasky’s mind were erased when Stu stuck a finger into his face and berated him
for what just went on behind his back. In the meantime Ben Bassarab had recovered and was keeping busy by delivering German
suplexes to Richard Charland out of the ring, and then each Della Serra brother inside the ring. Gadasky ordered Bassarab
out of the ring as Keith reached down and tagged himself in off of the prone body of his brother Bret.
Keith went right
to work on the legal man which happened to be Rocky Della Serra. He climbed to the top rope and dropped a knee to the head
of Le Quebecois to pick up the emotional win.
B.Hart, K.Hart, & Bassarab defeated Charland, R.Della Serra, &
B.Della Serra by pinfall when Keith pinned Rocky after a top rope knee drop at 10:59
Post-Match: The victorious
Stampeders were joined for an in-ring celebration by Stu Hart and Bruce Hart.

-the
recent high streak of young Royce hit a speedbump tonight against the veteran Singh.
Pre-Match:
Marty Goldstein
announces that there will be a 4-woman mini tournament to determine a #1 contender to the new Canadian Women’s Championship.
The two semi-finals will be next with the final to be held next week.
Bout #2:

England defeated Tanya Tataryn by pinfall after a Samoan drop at 6:00
Announcement:
Signed for the 5th
Anniversary show on Dec 13th at the Winnipeg Arena will be RCW Bob Backlund v Harley Race II. These two former world champions
met on July 25th in Chicago at Wrestling Summit 2 with Race winning a classic by countout after over 30 minutes of action.
This match is worth the price of admission alone. Tickets are on sale now.

Bad News Allen comes to
the ring with a mic. He calls out Marty Goldstein and says that he can’t wait to get his hands on Chris Lyon and Bobby
Duncum, he wants one of them tonight. Goldstein says he can’t give him that request as both are already signed for big
matches tonight. Duncum meets Jim Brunzell for the Heavyweight title and Reed will be taking on Chris Lyon for the TV title,
in a Texas Bull rope match. Allen let’s out a long, low whistle. He says that the Texas Bull rope match sounds like
trouble to him. You have a guy in Lyon who has shown no hesitation to assault a referee combined with a weapon that was used
in an attempt to lynch his opponent. Allen says it sounds like a recipe for disaster. Goldstein asks what Allen has in mind.
Bad News offers his services as special guest referee. Goldstein seems sceptical. He says that he can’t trust Allen,
Lyon can’t trust Allen, and even Reed would be a fool to trust Allen. Bad News counters by offering to sign a bond,
and put his contract with RCW on the line if he doesn’t call it right down the middle. Under those conditions Goldstein
relents and signs him as the special guest referee.
Bout #3:
Kari Mashore defeated
Corrie England by pinfall after a flying elbowsmash at 5:09
-the fans were torn between cheering for Mashore but also
wondering what would happen if Corrie won the match and had to step into the ring next week against her sister.
Miss
Hartel’s Bistro (/w special guest, Miss Hartel?)
Seems that the Bistro has been set-up in the ring but it’s
Leon Fortier and Pino Cirella that are in the ring instead. They are pissed off, (and its not just because of the collage
of zipper shirts, neon colours, parachute pants, and fruity berets they are wearing). They demand Miss Hartel come out and
give them an explanation as to why she abandoned them during their match against the North-South connection. To her credit
Hartel did come out. She told them that they were “losers” (nothing subtle about that!). It was time for her to
move on, and likewise for them. Cirella gets down on his knees and begs his “tutor” for one more chance. Fortier
looks a bit disgusted at his partner’s grovelling but seems genuinely pleased when Hartel relents and says they have
one more chance. Next week they will meet the North-South connection again in tag team action and they better win. She adds
that just in case they don’t she is going to purchase herself an insurance policy.

Rick McGraw & Billy Joe Travis defeated Rob Flett & Neil Sutherland by pinfall when McGraw pinned Flett after
a flying clothesline at 8:22
-North-South connection picks up their second straight win against “preliminary”
level wrestlers. Should be interesting to see how they do against stiffer competition.

Pre-Match:
Rocky
Della Serra upset at losing last week, and especially since he was the one who submitted, challenged either tag team champion
to meet him one-on-one. Keith Hart came out to answer the challenge. Rocky said that if he won the match then the Della Serras
should get another tag title shot. Keith agreed, but added that if he won the match then the Della Serras would have to leave
RCW.

Rocky Della Serra defeated Keith Hart by pinfall after an airplane spin
into a Samoan drop at 7:07
-Rocky of course cheated throughout the match but the ending was surprisingly a clean victory.

Abdullah the Butcher, brings his brand of mayhem and chaos back to River City Wrestling for the 5th Anniversary show. No opponent
has yet to come forward to accept the open challenge of the monster from the Sudan.

Dynamite Kid & Billy Robinson defeated Angelo Mosca & Brad Rheinghans when Kid pinned Rheinghans after a German
suplex at 13:06
-match of the night by far. Mosca was the only participant who wasn’t an excellent pure wrestler.
Lots of bad blood through the years between Robinson and Mosca, but usually it was Robinson with the fans behind him; not
tonight.

Butch Reed (champion) v Chris Lyon (/w Tawney England)
Reed controlled
the match early but couldn’t put away the challenger. Then Lyon went after the champion’s shoulder, with stomps,
shoulderbreakers, and then ramming it into the ringpost. Lyon wrapped the bullrope around Reed’s shoulder and cinched
up on it to elicit more pain. He attempted a modified short arm scissors to get a but Reed was tough enough to break free.
Allen had been calling things right down the middle, even putting up with a lot of verbal abuse from Lyon. He seemed determined
to remain impartial. But a frustrated Lyon eventually pushed Allen who smacked him back. When Lyon tried to attack the ref
Allen defended himself by taking Lyon down with a waistlock. Reed came in and delivered a running knee to the head of Lyon
while he was being held. Reed followed up with a bodyslam and a pair of measured knee drops to the head but only got a 2 count.
Reed tried to send Lyon to the buckle but the former RCW champ reversed it sending Reed into the buckle. The champ hit his
softened up shoulder into the turnbuckle. Lyon whipped Reed off the ropes and took him down with a shoulderblock. Normally
it would be Reed knocking Lyon on his butt with that move, but the injured shoulder of Reed made him grimace in pain and fall
to the mat. Lyon tried for the Boston crab but was too close to the ropes and the champ grabbed for a break. Lyon then sent
Reed to the ropes but Reed leap frogged a sunset flip attempt, looping the bullrope around Lyon’s neck as he passed,
and then pulling him hard to the ground by the throat. Reed whipped Lyon to the ropes and then nailed him with a flying shoulderblock.
Reed landed on top of Lyon, but was obviously knocked out of it too. As both men climbed to their feet Lyon reached out with
a kick but Reed caught his foot with the rope and then wrapped it around his ankle and pulled him to the ground. Reed pointed
into the audience, and as Allen looked to where he pointed, Reed dropped an elbow right into the groin of Lyon. Tawney England
jumped onto the ring apron to complain but Allen counted her down. In the meantime the fans went crazy with delight when Reed
took the bullrope and hogtied two legs and one arm of Lyon’s together. He began to drag him to each post, but after
the 2nd turnbuckle, Bobby Duncum hit the ring. Bad News Allen though was ready and nailed Duncum with a judo chop followed
by an enzuigiri which knocked him down. Reed touched the third post while dragging Lyon, and then the 4th.

Main Event
RCW Heavyweight Title Match
Jim Brunzell (champion) v
Bobby Duncum (/w Corrie England)
Perhaps feeling the heat or responsibility for the future of the Triumvirate Duncum
was in a hurry tonight and attacked Brunzell from behind before the opening bell. He controlled the first couple of minutes
with a bodyslam, elbows and knees, and a standing surfboard but couldn’t put away the champ. Brunzell made a comeback
and alternated between a high flying attack and periods of submission or wear down holds. In fact when the 10-minute mark
in the match was announced Duncum had been taking punishment for over 7 straight minutes.
Duncum’s big break came
when he grabbed Brunzell by the back of the neck, twisted him into the corner, and ignoring George Gadasky’s calls for
a clean break, drove his knee twice into Brunzell’s previously injured ribs. The champ fell to his knees but Duncum
showed no mercy kicking him, until he had kicked him right out of the ring. Brunzell hit the ground hard and seemed like he
was having a hard time breathing due to the rib injury. While Gadasky took himself out of the match by warning Duncum about
his actions, Corrie England came over and dropped a knee right into the injured ribs. After an extra couple of stomps she
picked Brunzell up by the hair, and helped him get back into the ring. The champ had his arms held into his body as he tried
to breath, which allowed Duncum to nail him uncontested with a belly-tobelly suplex. He got a 2 count. Duncum then spread
Brunzell’s legs and dropped a knee. The knee hit Brunzell’s forearm which was protecting his ribs, but the grimace
across the champion’s face told the rest of the story. Walking around him, stalking the champ, Duncum then began to
kick at the arms of Brunzell, battering his forearms. Finally with no choice left Brunzell relinquished the cover to his ribs
by putting his hands on the mat. The champ was on all 4’s, desperately trying to inhale some air, while the challenger
stalked him, looking for the opening that would bring him the gold.
Unfortunately due to the long length of the matches
here in the 2nd hour we are completely out of time. We are about 13 minutes into this match and will continue it at the top
of the 2nd hour next week.

Opening Bout:
North-South Connection: Rick McGraw & Billy Joe Travis defeated Leon Fortier & Pino
Cirella by pinfall when McGraw pinned Fortier after a flying cross body block at 7:07.
-this was the “last chance”
for Miss Hartel’s duo, and after the match she didn’t enter the ring but just stood there in disgust.
Post-Match:
Suddenly
King Tonga (never seen before in RCW) came down the aisle looking menacing and heading straight for Miss Hartel. Fortier
and Cirella tried to help her, but Tonga had little problem destroying both of them. He grabbed Fortier around the neck, and
while Cirella pounded on him from behind, Tonga chopped Fortier across the head knocking him out. He then turned around and
slapped the Tongan death grip (nerve hold) onto Cirella. As he slowly fell to his knees McGraw and Travis came under the top
rope and nailed Tonga in the back with a double baseball slide. Tonga lost his grip on Cirella who then went limp. McGraw
and Travis nailed Tonga with chops, and then a double standing dropkick. Travis whipped Tonga into McGraw who hit Tonga with
a clothesline; but the monster just stopped in his tracks, shaking it off. He then grabbed McGraw by the throat and then slammed
him to the ground. Billy Joe tried to attack Tonga from behind but the big man got the jump again, putting on a chokehold
and then the Tongan death grip. With all 4 men knocked out Tonga then entered the ring where Hartel now stood cowering in
the corner. Tonga called Hartel to him, but she shook her head no. She then called the beast to her and he obeyed. She ran
her fingers down his chest and patted him on the shoulder. He then roared and posed for the crowd as Hartel pointed towards
him as the fans reigned down jeers. The announcers then speculated that this was the insurance policy she spoke of purchasing
last week.

#1 Contenders Match
Winner to get title shot at Canadian Women’s Title
at the 5th Anniversary Show
Tawney England defeated Kari Mashore with a piledriver at 5:16
-Good win for Tawney
but at the end of the match when she made the cover, her arm seemed to slip on the mat and her wrist buckled under her. After
the match she immediately left for the back, holding he wrist and in obvious pain.
Promo; Re-cap of last week’s
cliffhanger with Bobby Duncum in complete control of RCW champion Jim Brunzell and the gold on the line. That match’s
conclusion will be aired at the top of our second hour.
Promo; On December 13th, 1984 RCW invites Winnipeg to
the 5th Anniversary party. Natasha will defend her Canadian Women’s Title against Tawney England; World champions collide
as Bob Backlund meets Harley Race, in the rematch; Abdullah the Butcher has been confirmed for the event; and later tonight
Marty Goldstein will announce the #1 contender for the Heavyweight Title who will get his shot at the 5th Anniversary show.

Kevin Kelly defeated Frank Starr by pinfall after a full nelson slam at 0:39

Post-Match:
Kelly and Desiree Petersen said that was not a satisfactory night of work and dared
anyone else in the dressing room to come out and wrestle Kelly. The fans cheered when after a minute Ben Bassarab appeared

Ben Bassarab defeated Kevin Kelly by pinfall after a sunset flip at 4:21
-big upset victory for Bassarab. After
the match Kelly tried to go after Bassarab with a clothesline but the Edmonton product ducked under it, came off the ropes
and Kelly caught him. The Magnificent one slammed Bassarab to the mat with a powerbomb, then scooped him up and delivered
a full nelson slam.

Bad News Allen defeated Gama Singh by pinfall after a
running powerslam at 9:30
-fairly even match but Allen is on a hot streak since coming to the aid of Butch Reed.

RCW Heavyweight Title Match
Jim Brunzell v Bobby Duncum
Duncum
has complete control over the champ who is having a hard time breathing due to his rib injury. This is a 60 minute lime limit
so he’s too far away from a time limit draw to shoot for. Duncum places Brunzell in a reverse chinlock. After breaking
he delivers a nasty kick to the injured ribs of Brunzell. Duncum gives him a bodyslam and drops a big elbow. He covers but
only gets a 2 count. Frustrated he throws the champion between the ropes, landing hard on the floor below. He then tries to
distract the ref Gadasky so Corrie England can inflict some damage, but Gadasky isn’t fooled this time and turns around
at the right time sending Corrie to her corner. Brunzell then spits up a mouthful of blood onto the ringpost. Gadasky goes
over to see if Brunzell still wants to continue, but as he talks to him Duncum reaches out of the ropes and grabs the champ
by the hair and pulls him into the ring. He sends him to the buckle and then leaves his feet to deliver a stinging clothesline
across Brunzell’s chest. The champ lands in a heap and leaves his ribs unprotected. Duncum follows in with a knee drop
right onto the ribs, and the champ screams in pain. Duncum punishes Brunzell for a couple more minutes but is unable to get
the three count. He goes back to the well again trying to throw Brunzell through the ropes. He does and turns to distract
the ref but does so too early. Brunzell manages to hold onto the ropes and land inside the ring. He then nails Duncum with
a dropkick into the buckle, but the big Texan rebounds off and collides with the champ. Both men are down, but Duncum is up
first at the count of 6. Duncum goes for a lariat but Brunzell counters with a flying crucifix, but Duncum counters that move
with a Samoan drop. Again he gets a 2 count. Duncum works a front chancery and while he does so Corrie England is busy exposing
a top turnbuckle unbeknownst to the ref. Duncum then tries to whip Brunzell to that buckle but the champ reverses it. Duncum
though manages to use his arms to stop his progress on the ropes. He breaths a heavy sigh of relief and then turns right into
another dropkick by Brunzell. The champ follows that up with a monkeyflip. He tries for the figure-four but Duncum kicks him
off. Brunzell goes for another dropkick but this time Duncum moves out of the way. The Texan drops a knee to the head of Brunzell
and then goes to work with a bodyslam, elbowsmash, and a Boston crab. He fails to get a victory and then signals for his bulldog
finisher. However, Brunzell manages to push Duncum off and as luck (or justice) would have it, Duncum goes head first into
the exposed turnbuckle. Brunzell rolls up Duncum on the rebound and gets the 1, 2, 3!!

Dynamite Kid (/w Billy Robinson) defeated
Angelo Mosca by pinfall after a diving headbutt at 8:11
-solid victory for DK, with some timely help as usual from
Billy Robinson. After the match Mosca was most upset at Robinson and tried to get at him. However that ended when Marty Goldstein
came down to the ring.
Promo;
Marty Goldstein came down to announce who the #1
contender for the RCW would be at the 5th Anniversary show. He says there is one man in RCW who has actually beat Brunzell
and hasn’t got a title shot yet, and that man is Dynamite Kid. Goldstein says that at the 5th Anniversary show it will
be Dynamite Kid against the Heavyweight champion, currently Jim Brunzell.

The Della Serra Brothers: Rocky & Bob (/w Richard Charland)
Charland came
down before the match and referee George Gadasky tried to send him away. However, Charland produced a legitimate manager’s
license that he says he just received from RCW a couple days ago. He is allowed to stay against the protest of the Hart Brothers.
Rocky
is in trouble early in this match as the scientific champions use quick tags and cut the ring in half. However when Bob gets
in he challenges the much smaller Bret to a test of strength only to kick him in the gut, elbow him in the head, and then
nail him with a high knee lift. Bob goes to work on Bret and then distracts the ref as Rocky chokes Bret with the corner tag
rope. After a bit Bret manages to tag in Keith but he falls prey to a quick double team by the Della Serras too. Bret and
Bob end up punching it out in one corner which distracts Gadasky, while Charland jumps up on the ring apron and wraps the
tag rope around Keith’s throat. While he does this Rocky lifts Keith’s feet up on his shoulder and starts to stretch
away from the corner, increasing the pressure of the tag rope on Keith’s throat.
Ben Bassarab comes down to ringside.
George
Gadasky tries to send Bassarab to the back but young Ben insists he is only there by invitation of Marty Goldstein to add
some extra commentary at the announce table. This distraction also allows the Hart Brothers a minute to rest. Bassarab takes
his place at the announce table despite the protest of Richard Charland.
It’s a new match now and the two teams trade
the advantage back and forth. Rocky tries to finish Bret off with a piledriver but falls victim instead to a back body drop.
Bob gets Keith hurt and then nails him with an airplane spin, but Bret enters the ring to break the pin attempt. This brings
Charland up on the apron but he is nailed by Bret too. Bob though continues to punish Keith and takes him down with a Samoan
drop. He climbs to the top rope but Keith moves out of the way of a kneedrop. Charland is now back on the ring apron and tries
to enter the ring. Bassarab though is too quick and leaves the announce table and catches Charland by the foot dragging him
out of the ring. Bassarab and Charland exchange punches, working their way away from the ring.
Back inside Bob has hurt
his knee with that failed top rope move, and Keith capitalizes by putting him in the figure-four. Rocky tries to enter the
ring to break it up but he is intercepted by Bret Hart. Bob has no alternative but to cry uncle.
The Hart Brothers
defeated the Della Serra Brothers by submission when Keith submitted Bob to the figure-four leglock at 9:36

Post-Match:
King Tonga comes strolling
down to the ring with Miss Hartel on his heels. He enters the ring and goes right after a stunned looking Bret Hart. He begins
to give Bret a standing chokehold. Keith attempts to intercede, but his dropkick just bounces off the Tongan nightmare. He
then closes in with Tonga only to have his other hand wrap around his throat. Tonga then smashes the two brothers together.
The Della Serras and Charland take off for the safety of the backstage area.
Meanwhile outside Ben Bassarab was heading
to help his friends but got intercepted from behind by Mr. Magnificent Kevin Kelly. Kelly locked Bassarab in a full nelson
and twisted him around like a ragdoll. He worked his way over to the announce table before delivering Bassarab with a full
nelson slam right on the announce table.
Back inside King Tonga chops both tag partners in the head. He attempts to choke
them both again but this time the Brothers fight back with a double kick to the gut, then a chopping of Tonga’s arms
to break the chokehold. They bounce Tonga off the ropes and nail him with a double dropkick. It barely moves the big man.
He wants more but he’s called off by Miss Hartel, and obeying follows her out of the ring and up the aisle. The tag
champs are left in the ring licking their wounds until they see Bassarab laying prone on the floor and leave the ring to attend
to their friend.

Robbie Royce defeated Goldie Rogers by pinfall after a missile dropkick at 4:17
-another upset for the youngster
against a real veteran. This kid is starting to make believers out of many observers.
Miss Hartel’s Bistro
(/w special guest King Tonga)
Hartel does confirm that Tonga was her “insurance policy” in case Fortier
and Cirella couldn’t get the job done. She speaks very highly of the tough Tongan in her French accent. She actually
calls him “ugly but manly in a way those two pretty boys Fortier and Cirella could never be, nor could those “pastries”
the Harts.” It’s a bit funny watching Tonga sit there sipping tea and eating crumpets (stuffing one crumpet after
another in his mouth in one bite, the crumbs pouring down his face), oblivious to Hartel and the camera. Tonga though comes
to life when the Hart Brothers show up. Hartel restrains her charge however as the Harts demand an apology for the attack
last week. Hartel tells them to live with it, not to whine like little cowboys. She challenges either one of them to wrestle
against Tonga tonight. Bret starts to accept, but Keith interrupts him, accepting the challenge as an older brother does.
Tonga is really worked up now, and as soon as they leave he begins to destroy the Bistro set.

Natasha & Kari Mashore defeated the England Sisters by pinfall when Natasha pinned Tawney after flying headscissors
at 6:54
-Tawney’s wrist was in a tensor bandage, but it didn’t offer enough support and she was at a major
disadvantage all match, basically wrestling one handed.
Interview:
Jim Brunzell
is interviewed by Ron Strong. The champ’s ribs are bruised but not broken. The doctor suggests that he not wrestle until
the 5th Anniversary show. However, Brunzell says that a match had been penned in for next week between he and Dynamite Kid
in a non-title match to serve as a preview for the big show. Brunzell says he is not going to cancel that show, despite the
doctor’s orders and that match will happen next week. Turning his attention though to Billy Robinson, the manager of
Dynamite Kid, Brunzell shows some venom. He calls Robinson a traitor to his friends and fans, a sell out for the easy way
to success. The champ though says that he knows someone that wants a shot at Robinson at the 5th Anniversary show. That mystery
opponent will reveal himself next week in a taped interview. Brunzell says Robinson has no choice, that match has already
been signed by Marty Goldstein for the big show.
Bout #3
Pre-Match:
Marty Goldstein
comes out and says that last week a great young talent Ben Bassarab got the biggest victory of his career over Kevin Kelly.
However that moment was tarnished when Kelly attacked Bassarab from behind after the night’s main event. Goldstein says
that he strongly believes in Bassarab’s talents and that he will be a star in this sport one day, hopefully right here
in RCW. Tonight he is happy to help Bassarab take that one step closer to the top. A rematch will be held between Kevin Kelly
and Ben Bassarab, with Desiree Petersen banned from ringside, and the winner will get to face Butch Reed at the 5th Anniversary
show for the Television title.
Ben Bassarab defeated Kevin Kelly by pinfall after a top rope cross body block and
a handful of tights at 6:03
-Bassarab proved his victory last week was no fluke as he controlled most of tonight’s
match. However there was a bit of controversy at the end when Kelly was attempting to roll Bassarab over after the cross body
block but Ben pulled him back down by the tights, and held onto them during the pin.
Post-Match:
Mike Stone
left the announce table to do an impromptu interview with Bassarab. He asked Ben why he cheated to beat Kelly. Bassarab said
he didn’t cheat. He admits that he pulled the trunks but says it was just instinct. Bassarab says that the referee controls
the match and that if he had asked him to break the hold he would have. He finishes by saying sometimes the breaks go against
you, sometimes they go in your favour. Stone asks Ben if sometimes it helps to make your own breaks, but he ignores that final
question.
Bout #4:
Gama Singh defeated Randy Webber by submission to the Karachi clutch
at 4:08
-squash match
Interview:
Dynamite Kid and Billy Robinson are interviewed.
They dispute Brunzell’s valour saying that if he wasn’t a chicken then next week’s match would be for the
title. Robinson also says that only a yellow-belly hides behind secrecy, and welcomes the announcement of who he will face
at the 5th Anniversary show. He indicates that he hopes its one of his former friends who think they can talk about him behind
his back now. He vows to shut them up by destroying whomever steps forth. Robinson also says he will be wrestling a former
foe of his again tonight, Angelo Mosca. He begs Mosca to retire, saying he’s old, fat, lazy, and is going to hurt himself
just trying to get into the ring tonight.

Bout #5
Keith
Hart and King Tonga fought to a no-contest at 3:30
-Hart used a hit and run type offense against Tonga, which was effective
while it lasted, about a minute. Tonga got a hold of Hart and gave him a side slam, an elbowdrop, a belly-to-back suplex,
and then a chokeslam. He indicated his intention to give the Tongan Death Grip while his manager Miss Hartel cheered him on.
However, Leon Fortier and Pino Cirella hit the ring to try and get a bit of revenge. They had 2x4’s and cracked them
over the back of Tonga, dropping him to one knee. He then blocked another 2x4 shot from Cirella, trapping the board under
his arm and wrapped his other hand around the youngster’s throat. He dropped the hold though when Fortier cracked his
board over the back of Tonga. He then slammed himself into Fortier and drove him into the corner. He whipped Fortier right
into Cirella and they both went down. The big man then picked each man up in turn and gave them a chokeslam. In the meantime
Bret Hart came out and pulled his brother from the ring. Tonga let out a roar as he stood over the bodies of Fortier and Cirella
while Hartel applauded from the floor.

Brad Rheinghans defeated Rocky Della
Serra by pinfall after an Olympic suplex at 6:36
-Decent match, two evenly matched foes. However after the match Rocky
nailed Rheinghans from behind and then was joined by his brother Bob in a two on one beatdown.

Billy Robinson defeated Angelo Mosca by pinfall after a piledriver at 9:38
-Mosca gave Robinson everything he
had but couldn’t keep up with the rulebreaking Brit towards the end of the bout. Robinson used blatant chokeholds as
well as working over the eye of Mosca with his thumb to help secure the victory.
Main Event
Bad News
Allen & Butch Reed v Chris Lyon & Bobby Duncum (/w Tawney England)
Allen and Reed started off the match in
a bad mood, looking for some payback and got it early. They took turns beating on Lyon and then Duncum. It was a well timed
distraction by Corrie England that turned things around. She came down to ringside and tried to plant herself on the other
side of the ring from her sister but referee George Gadasky would have none of it. He ordered her to the back. However the
distraction allowed Lyon and Duncum to double team Reed. Duncum worked over the TV champion with a bodyslam, elbowdrop, facerake,
and then a side suplex. He turned things over to Lyon who drove elbows and knees into the lower back of Reed before nailing
a slingshot suplex and getting a 2 count. Reed fired back with elbows and managed to make the tag, but Gadasky was once again
distracted this time by Tawney. Lyon and Duncum managed a double team piledriver, and would have got the 3 count except Allen
came in and broke up the pin attempt by Duncum. This turned into a 4 man brawl with Allen and Lyon taking their fight outside
the ring. Gadasky kept one eye on them but also one on Duncum and Reed fighting in the middle of the ring. Outside Tawney
nailed Allen from behind with a low blow. Lyon then rammed Allen’s head into the announce table and then did a splash
from the table to on top of Allen. At this point Gadasky was applying a 10 count to the combatants outside the ring despite
them not being the legal men, but kept getting interrupted by the ongoing brawl inside the ring between Reed and Duncum. Tawney
helped to hold down the arms of Allen across the announce table as Lyon retrieved a whip from beneath the ring. He began to
give Allen lashes across the back. This was more then Reed could take and he tried to leave the ring to help his partner but
Duncum nailed him from behind as he tried to climb through the ropes and Reed crashed to the floor below. Duncum then dropped
a knee on Reed from the ring apron. Allen’s back was now red from the lashes and Gadasky immediately called for the
bell.
Angelo Mosca and Ben Bassarab came running out from the back to make the save, chasing Lyon and Duncum away with
a steel chair.
Allen & Reed defeated Lyon & Duncum by disqualification at 8:50
Post-
Match:
Reed was seeing red and swinging wildly as he got to his feet. Totally out of control he nailed Bassarab with
a haymaker knocking him right over. Mosca had to tackle Reed to the ground to calm him down. Allen grabbed a mic and jumped
on the announce table, pronouncing that he was going to kill Chris Lyon.
