MAIN EVENT

RCW Heavyweight Title Match

The Destroyer and Buddy Lane battled to a no-contest at 7:46

**This match was thrown out when Ron Ritchie hit the ring without warning, and used a pair of brass knuckles to bust open both men. Afterward he was interviewed in the ring, saying he did not get the respect from RCW that he deserved. A man with his kind of international exposure should have been granted an immediate title shot, but instead a no talent like Lane is still getting the title shots. Ritchie promised no more mister nice guy.

Workload has been reduced somewhat. Down to one TV taping per month, more taped action shown from events as well as repeat material, and promo tapes from wrestlers entering the territory or making special appearances. RCW is close to making a deal with the NWA, to bring in wrestlers from Maple Leaf booking, and might also sign a deal with either Tomko's west coast promotion or Stampede wrestling to bring in even more talent. Hoepfully by spring the roster will be reduced but much better quality of wrestlers.
