Opening Bout:

Iron Mike Sharpe, 250 lbs., Hamilton, Ontario (WWWF)
v
Bonecrusher, 240 lbs., Reno, Nevada (RCW)

Bonecrusher shows off his unique and compact strength early on as the 5'8 powerhouse locks on a headlock and punishes Sharpe who screams at the ref to make him release the hold. The 'crusher continues to punish Sharpe, the self-proclaimed "Canada's Greatest Athlete" with a clothesline, punches, hammerlock, and reverse neckbreaker. He then shows off his strength once again with a hanging vertical suplex, but then Sharpe kicks out of the subsequent pin attempt at the count of two.
Sharpe makes a comeback but its quickly aborted when he makes the mistake of taking the fight outside the ring. Back inside though he turns things around with a thumb to the eye of Bonecrusher, a lariat, and then several applications of the bearhug.
Bonecrusher though fights back, and after out punching Sharpe he locks in the headlock once again frustrating Sharpe. Bonecrusher follows up with a bearhug of his own that he turns into a belly-to-belly suplex. He then re-applies the hold and Sharpe's arms (and mouth) soon fall limp.

Bonecrusher made Mike Sharpe submit to the Bearhug in 0:09:07.

Bout #2:

RCW Women's Championship Match

Judy Martin (champion), Oakland, California (RCW)
v
Jeannie Rahib, Toronto, Ontario (RCW)

The re-match does not go much better for former champion Jeannie Rahib. Martin is too savvy a veteran who keeps turning the tide of the match with illegal moves. In the end Martin used a chop to the throat to set up a piledriver finisher.

Judy Martin defeated Jeannie Rahib by pinfall after a piledriver at 5:25
[Judy Martin retains the RCW Women's Championship]

Bout #3:

Keith Hart, 214 lbs., Calgary, Alberta (RCW)
v
Dynamite Kid, 207 lbs., Manchester, England (Stampede)

Keith Hart is pissed off about what DK did under the Red Demon mask, so he goes right after him at the bell and throws him out of the ring. He runs DK shoulder first into the ringpost, but when he goes for a clothesline DK ducks under and then takes Hart down with a belly-to-back suplex. DK takes the match back inside the ring.
Hart though fires right back and presses his advantage with a somersault slam. DK comes back after a minute and nails a double underhook suplex that bounces Hart out of the ring. They exchange clotheslines and whips into the guardrail.
DK slowly begins to take over the match as Hart runs out of steam. He wears him down with a back suplex and a sleeperhold. When Hart goes for a clothesline DK counters with a crucifix into a pin, and gets a very near fall.
DK punishes Hart with a fireman's carry into a slam and another back suplex but Hart manages to survive. DK nails a falling headbutt from the top rope but it hurts him long enough to delay the cover, so Hart kicks out at two.
Keith Hart blocks a monkey flip, slamming DK into the mat. He then tries to slow things down with an octopus hold and leg sicssors but DK is just too much for him today. DK counters a scoop attempt by Hart and rolls him up, holds the trunks, and gets 1 ,2, kickout. On their feet Dynamite Kid nails Hart with a very fast snap suplex, covers for 1, 2, kickout. Back on their feet DK nails another snap suplex, goes for the pin, and gets 1, 2, grabs a hold of the tights, 3.

Dynamite Kid pinned Keith Hart after a snap suplex aided by a handfull of trunks in 0:11:04.

In-ring promo;

Pat Patterson comes to the ring with a wrapped present. He calls out Abdullah the Butcher, his opponent for the night. The big man gets a huge ovation from the Winnipeg crowd. Patterson hands him the present as a peace offering. Abby opens the present to find a bucket of Kentucky Fried Chicken. Patterson sets up a chair and Abby immediately sits down to enjoy the chicken, which causes the crowd to boo him. Patterson gets on the mic and tells Abby to listen to the crowd, they mock him while he is the one that has gifted him this fine meal. Abby just continues to eat, throwing the bones to the side.
Patterson slips out of the ring returning with another chair. However, instead of sitting down next to Abby he sneaks up behind him and ~waffles~ him with the chair to the back. Abby falls off his chair face first, squishing the chicken pieces below him. Patterson nails him again with the chair to the back. When Abby starts to get to his feet again Patterson swings the chair and nails him square in the head, sending the madman from the Sudan keeling over backward. His head now a crimson red from bloodshed.
Ray Stevens now hits the ring and wrestles the chair away from Patterson, kicks him in the gut and then nails him with the chair to the head. Patterson drops to his knees in front of Stevens with a glazed look on his face. Stevens then rears back with the chair and..
Abby grabs the chair on the backswing and sends Stevens half way across the ring when he pulls it away. The Butcher swings the chair making solid contact with Patterson, knocking him out. He then shocks the crowd by turning around and smashing Stevens over the head with the chair as well. All three men are now bleeding from the forehead.
Abby sends Stevens to the buckle, and then runs into him avalanching him with the chair.
As the fans go nuts, hailing Abby with a mix of cheers and jeers that he just ignores, the Sudanese monster tries to set up the steel chair again but it's too bent out of shape to stand on its own, so he promptly throws iit into about the 6th row of seats. He then drops to his knees, picks up a drumstick and begins to munch away.
RCW officials come down to try and persuade him to leave but he won't. Finally matchmaker and promoter Marty Goldstein comes down to the announce table and declares a 15 minute intermission.

Bout #4:

Abdullah the Butcher, 360 lbs., Sudan
v
Pat Patterson, 250 lbs., Montreal, Quebec (RCW)

Abby seems a bit "full" from his meal so Patterson gets the jump on him. He goes to work with a facerake, kick, and a chokehold, but Abby fires back with a rake of the eyes. This match is as expected a brawl, but in the early going its fairly well contained to the ring, and Patterson is trying to deal with the sheer size advantage of Abby. Patterson applies the sleeperhold twice in succession and seems to be having some luck in wearing down the Butcher. But Abdullah re-exerts his power with a lariat followed by a powerslam, getting a two count after each move.
Abby continues to punish Patterson with a backbreaker and a ropeburn much to the liking of the fans. When he goes for a bearhug however Patterson counters with a thumb to the throat. Next thing you know Abby has a fork and stabs Patterson in the forehead, cutting him open again. Referee George Gadasky couldn't see anything as Abby shielded the move with his back.
Patterson fought back with a kick to the gut but when he went for the sleeperhold again Abby countered with a jawbreaker. Abby goes to his big elbowdrop but only gets a 2 count. He then works over the head of Patterson causing him to bleed even more.
Unsatisfied with the low level of carnage so far Abby finally takes the action out of the ring. Patterson though grabs the advantage back with a kick to the groin, followed by whipping Abby into the ringsteps. Kneelift, clothesline, guardrail shot, ringstep shot, and running knee to the back all dealt out by Patterson.
Gadasky is at the count of 7 when Patterson makes the mistake of going for a bodyslam. He can't do it and Abby comes crashing down on top of him. He can't get out in time to break the 10 count.

Abdullah the Butcher and Pat Patterson battled to a double countout in 0:13:38.

Bout #5:

RCW Television Title Match

The Bounty Hunter (champion), 275 lbs., El Paso, Texas (RCW)
v
Ray Stevens, 247 lbs., San Fransisco, California (RCW)

After months of  chasing the champ will Stevens finally get a level chance of taking away the gold?
Stevens controls most of the match, both inside and outside of the ring. He doesn't use many weardown holds preferring an impact style of moves and brawling techniques that keeps the tempo fairly high.
Then Stevens changes tactics and tries to finish off BH with a wristlock, and then a Canadian backbreaker. Two gutwrench suplexes also fail to yield a pinfall. BH makes a comeback but its short lived as Stevens moves out of the way of a spear attempt. Stevens goes for the submission win again with a leglock and then again with a surfboard.
Stevens goes to the top turnbuckle for the bombs away finisher but the BH manages to throw himself backward into the corner and sends Stevens toppling to the mat. He attempts to finish Stevens with a piledriver but the veteran counters with a back body drop. Stevens goes for a clothesline but the champ ducks it and then counters with his own clothesline. He then applies a boot choke to weaken Stevens even more. BH throws Stevens out of the ring and follows him, sending him into the guardrail, nailing a pair of elbowsmashes, sending him back into the guardrail, and then pressing him back into the ring.
BH nails Stevens with a pair of backbreakers and then takes him to the floor once again. Using the edge of the ring apron as a wall, the champ slams Stevens 5 times back first into the edge of the apron. He then tosses the challenger back inside, nails a waistlock suplex and picks up the pin.

The Bounty Hunter pinned Ray Stevens after a waistlock suplex in 0:19:15.

[The Bounty Hunter retains the RCW Television Title]

Semi-Main Event

The Destroyer, 252 lbs., parts unknown (RCW)
v
Jerry "Crusher" Blackwell, 450 lbs., Stone Mountain, Georgia (AWA)

Destroyer assumes a collar and elbow hook-up to start the match and pays the price as Blackwell kicks him squarely in the gut. They trade punches and forearms until Blackwell wows the crowd with his agility by delivering a dropkick against the Destroyer in the corner of the ring. Blackwell goes for a shoulderblock but the Destroyer counters with legscissors takedown.
Destroyer continues to use his scientific methods to keep Blackwell off guard, until Blackwell takes over the match with another dropkick followed by a punishing bearhug. Blackwell then begins to use his power to counter some of the Destroyer's offense. A crucifix attempt was countered with a Samoan drop that almost got a 3 count, and a swinging neckbreaker attempt is countered with a side suplex. Destroyer survives by rolling away from a Big Splash attempt.
The match turns into more of a brawl now and the action spills outside the ring on a couple occasions.
Blackwell nails Destroyer with a powerslam but he didn't get all of it, so he followed up with a big splash. The AWA's behemoth may have got the pin but he hesitated to boast to the crowd and didn't hook a leg, so Destroyer managed to get a shoulder up to break the pin attempt.
Blackwell sent Destroyer to the buckles but when he charged in the masked man lifted a boot to his gut, and then followed up with a swinging neckbreaker. The men trade blows, and then Blackwell gets Destroyer whipped around the ring, catching him with 4 consecutive shoulderblocks, one off each side of the ring. But when he gets greedy and goes for a 5th the Destroyer catches him with a backelbow to the forehead.
Destroyer takes over the match but some of his offense is just shaken off by the huge opponent. Destroyer attempts to work over an arm for a while until Blackwell lifts him in the air and avalanches him into the corner. Blackwell then pulls Destroyer by the mask into the center of the ring. Again he takes time to insult the fans. Blackwell drops a big elbow but only gets a 2 count. He then bounces Destroyer's head off the top turnbuckle and delivers several chops. He whips Destroyer off the ropes and goes for a clothesline. Destroyer ducks under and once again goes for a crucifix. This time he manages to rock the big man enough to eventually roll him over. Blackwell stumbles to his feet and the masked technician delivers a dropkick to the knee which puts him back down to one knee. Destroyer comes off the ropes as Blackwell gets back up and rocks him with a flying forearm. Blackwell reels backward but manages to stay vertical. Destroyer repeats the move and this time although Blackwell doesnt go down he slumps backward against the ropes. Destroyer then nails him with a dropkick and Blackwell tumbles between the ropes to the floor below.
It's quite a big fall for such a huge man, and he is hurt and disorientated. Inside the ring the Destroyer retreats to a neutral corner, resting against the turnbuckles from a grueling match. But Blackwell is in no shape to recover from the fall and referee Lynn Powell counts him out.

The Destroyer defeated Jerry Blackwell by countout in 0:24:05.

MAIN EVENT

RCW Heavyweight Championship Match

Chris Lyon, (champion) 236 lbs., Winnipeg, Manitoba (/w Tawney England)
v
Superstar Billy Graham (WWWF/AWA), 260 lbs., Paradise Valley, Arizona

The fans came to their feet for the Superstar, tonight's biggest attraction.
Graham immediately went into a posedown which unerved Lyon, even more so when he noticed his valet England looking at Billy with "hungry eyes".
Lyon bruskly escorted England out of the ring, and when he turned around he found himself face to face with SBG, who wrapped his big arms around the champ and took him over with a belly-to-belly.
Referee Wyatt Hall called for the bell and we were officially underway.
It's all Graham early and he locks in a full nelson, causing Lyon to have to wrap his legs around the ropes to get a break. The fans may have been on SBG side but this did not mean that he was about to follow the rules. The natural villian went to work on the local champ with chokeholds against the ropes, followed by vicious slaps to the chest on the break. Lyon's chest was beat red only minutes into the match.
Lyon gets in his first substantial offense outside the ring as he whips Graham into both the ringsteps and guardrail before punishing him with a pumphandle slam. Lyon then distracted Wyatt Hall as Tawney England went to work with a boot choke. Coincidently this got the crowd chanting their usual "boot" chant at Tawney.
Back inside the ring control turns over fairly rapidly as this match turns into a slobberknocker. Graham punishes the champ with a bearhug, and then Lyon returns the favor with a side headlock.
Things get nasty when it spills outside the ring again. Tawney tries to interfere and SBG accidently takes her out with a back elbow. He tries to check on her but is nailed from behind with a double axhandle to the lower back area by Lyon. After a few stomps the champ locks on the Boston crab and only breaks it upon the referee's threat of DQ.
Back inside Lyon continues to work over the back of the Superstar but can't put him away. The champ goes to a series of chops in frustration, only to have SBG turn it around, tossing Lyon into the corner and peppering him with chops. SBG takes him out of the corner with a belly-to-belly and then locks in the bearhug. Lyon manages to escape a certain submission with a rake of the eyes. He then comes off the ropes and dropkicks Graham right in the small of the back. Lyon puts him in the Boston crab and Graham is forced to endure a minute of pain working his way to the ropes for the break.
Lyon goes to work with some stomps until SBG tunrs over and blocks a stomp, grabbing the foot of Lyon, He stands himself up, still holdiing the foot of a hopping Lyon. Graham leg whips the champ to the mat and then lowers an elbow into the "lower midsection". Graham pulls the champ to his feet and then nails him with a vicious headbutt, having to hold the champ up so he wouldn't fall. Graham went to scoop up Lyon, but England reached in and blocked it by grabbing his ankle.
Graham tried to take Lyon over but he couldn't muster the leverage. His arms flailed wildly and he ended up grabbing a hold of the referee. While this was happening Bobby Duncum ran down to the ring and nailed SBG in the leg with a steel chair.
Lyon then countered with a vertical suplex.
Both men struggled to their feet, with Graham up first but Lyon getting the drop on him with an armdrag takdown. He followed this up with a Mexican hiptoss. Lyon finished off the challenger with a slingshot suplex.

Chris Lyon pinned Billy Graham after a slingshot suplex in 0:15:35.

[Chris Lyon retained the RCW Heavyweight Title]

Post-Match:

Superstar Billy Graham was livid and went after both Lyon and Duncum having them both beaten. But he made the mistake of being distracted by England who jumped on his back. This allowed Angelo Mosca to hit the ring and take out Graham from behind. The new Triumverate of Lyon, Duncum, and Mosca celebrated in the ring with Tawney and Corrie England, the tag team titles, and the heavyweight title.
