July 9, 1983 Tonight’s main event
will see The Destroyer once again putting his title on the line against Chris Lyon. However, tonight’s match will be
a lumberjack match, as requested by Destroyer, to keep out the Last week Bobby Duncum made
his first appearance in RCW joining Chris Lyon, and the two of them cost the tag champs Roughnecks a non-title loss against Rob
Flett and Neil Sutherland. Tonight the tag champs want revenge but with Chris Lyon set to take on the Destroyer, it has to
come in the form of a singles match. Opening Bout: Stan Rodgers (277 lbs., V Bobby Duncum (270 lbs., Duncum goes right to work
with an armbreaker, some hair pulls to maintain advantage and then a body scissors to try and wear down his fellow Texan.
Lariats, a lowblow, and a flying bulldog nailed by Duncum but Rodgers manages to remain alive. Rodgers fights back with forearms
and suplexes before the action spills outside. Referee George Gadasky comes out to break up the brawl only to get knocked
down by an errant elbow. Duncum seizes the opportunity to grab a steel chair and ~waffle~ Rodgers. He rolls the tag champ
back into the ring for what will likely be an easy pin. But before Duncum can re-enter the ring, Russel Riggs
the other tag team champ, appears at ringside, grabs the discarded chair and nails Duncum across the back, falling him like
a big tree. However, Gadasky saw this chair swing and called for the bell. Bobby Duncum defeated
Stan Rodgers by disqualification due to outside interference in 0: Post-Match Interview:
The tag team champs are livid. They want Duncum back in the ring, and if it takes putting up the titles then they will do
so. They tell Duncum to get himself a partner and next week they will get it on. Sports Night Promo: USFL Semi-Final action this weekend. Philadelphia Stars v Chicago
Blitz in one match-up, and Michigan Panthers take on the Oakland Invaders in the other. The championship game will be played
on July 17th in Denver's Mile High Stadium. While over in the NFL, 4 members of the Dallas Cowboys Harvey Martin, Tony Dorsett, Ron Springs, and
Larry Bethea have been involved in discussions with federal authorities after their names surfaced in a cocaine investigation.
Bout #2 Keith Hart (214 lbs., V Tom Stone (240 lbs.) Squash match. Keith Hart made Tom Stone

is coming to the Winnipeg Arena, August 1983. Great tickets still available but not for long. A short interview segment
is shown with Dynamite Kid, former British wrestling star, current Stampede wrestling star. Kid says that
he is even willing to travel to the hell hole that is Clips are then shown of some
of Dynamite Kid’s matches against the likes of Tiger Mask, Leo Burke, and Davey Smith.
Bout #3: Women’s Action: Tawney v Tanya Tataryn ( Tawney has not lost her vicious
streak since her and sister Corrie became valets for Chris Lyon. She used a hairplane spin to set up a kneedrop from the top
rope right on the stomach to finish off Tataryn. Tawney

both men wrestling carefully, and countering many of each other’s moves. The champ takes over and is all over Chris Lyon pinned
